  1. Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon until fluffy. Add eggs and mix well.
  2. Add vanilla and sour cream and mix well.
  3. Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients and mix until all combined.
  4. Add cinnamon chips and stir into batter. Set aside.
  5. Spoon batter into 4 mini loaf pans until about 2/3full.
  6. Mix 3 Tbs. sugar and 3 tsp. cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle over the batter in each loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.

Lemon Sugar Cookies with Lemon Icing

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In medium bowl whisk together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour.
  3. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg, vanilla, lemon extract and lemon zest.
  5. Add flour mixture, a cup at a time, and stop once combined.
  6. Roll 2 Tbsp into a ball and place onto baking sheet, keeping them 2 inches apart.
  7. Dip a glass into sugar and press each ball lightly, just until flattened.
  8. Bake for 13 minutes or just until barely browned on the bottom; allow to cool.
  9. Make lemon glaze: Mix all of the icing ingredients together in a Pyrex measuring cup with a whisk until smooth and no lumps; let it sit for a few minutes then pour/spoon it on each cookie.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease & flour 9 x 13 baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs & apple pie filling.
  4. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Combine the brown sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon & walnuts.
  6. Sprinkle over the top of the batter.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool.

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Cover a cookie sheet in foil and grease the foil.
  2. Mix together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, soda, cinnamon. then fold in flour.
  3. Spread onto cookie sheet & then bake for 10 min.
  4. Invert onto a damp towel and roll up to cool.
  5. Beat filling ingredients until fully mixed, unroll cake & spread filling onto it. then re-roll tightly.
  6. Refrigerate until firm and then slice to serve.

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup,butter,water & cornstarch. bring to a full boil then remove from heat
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Gradually beat in cooked syrup mixture. stir in salt, vanilla & pecans. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until filling is set.

  1. Spread cookie dough in a 13x9 pan. Bake 14-16 minutes at 350F. Let cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip. Spread over cookie.
  3. Whisk pudding mixes with milk for two minutes. Spread over Cool Whip mixture.
  4. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
  5. Chill for 8 hours prior to serving.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well with a wire whisk. Pour pineapple into a small bowl, add vanilla, melted butter and eggs.
  4. Add bananas to pineapples mixture and mix with spatula.
  5. Add the pineapple and bananas to the dry ingredients and mix well with a spatula.
  6. Pour into a sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes until cake is brown on top and tests done.
  7. Frost with coconut frosting.

White Russian Pudding Shots

  1. Mix pudding and milk for a couple of minutes with an electric mixer; add alcohol, mix well.
  2. Add Cool Whip.
  3. Put the pudding mix into individual serving cups with lids.
  4. Keep in the freezer.

BACON CRACK

  • 1 container Pillsbury Crescent Dough Sheet or regular Crescent Dough
  • 1 lb bacon semi-crispy. I use the microwave on high approx. 6-8 minutes, but definitely watch over it.
  • 1/2 c maple syrup may vary…just use a light layer onto the Dough, and then a light layer onto the top of the Bacon…that’s it! 🙂
  • 1 c Brown Sugar
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper optional, but AMAZING!

  1. Lay out the dough - spread out thinly, on a parchment lined baking sheet. With a fork, gently poke shallow holes throughout the dough.
  2. Top the dough with a thin layer of Maple Syrup, and all the crispy Bacon. Now add another thin layer of the Syrup onto the Bacon and cover it with all of the Brown Sugar/Cayenne Pepper mix.
  3. Bake it at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes or until evenly golden.

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Beat together butter, sugars & extracts until fluffy. Add eggs and mix until thoroughly incorporated. Add powder & soda. Mix. Add cornstarch, flour & chocolate chips (nuts also if you like) and MIX BY HAND until combined. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto a parchment paper lined sheet.
  2. Bake at 375 for 11-13 minutes. Do not over-bake. They do not really brown on the bottoms. As soon as they don’t look shiny anymore they are done. Mine take 12 minutes on an air bake pan.
