Instructions
Sift together flour, sugar and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients. Combine well but do not beat. Turn batter into a greased and floured 13" X 9" X 2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Topping
Combine cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well. Frost cake while still warm.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Cover a cookie sheet in foil and grease the foil.
Mix together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, soda, cinnamon. then fold in flour.
Spread onto cookie sheet & then bake for 10 min.
Invert onto a damp towel and roll up to cool.
Beat filling ingredients until fully mixed, unroll cake & spread filling onto it. then re-roll tightly.
Refrigerate until firm and then slice to serve.
