Four candidates have filed for the four available Council seats, and two candidates have filed for Mayor. The mayoral candidates are incumbent Jennie D’Amicone and Duane Helms. The term of office for these positions will run from 2026 through 2029. Residents are invited to attend a Meet the Mayoral Candidates Night at the RomeRock Association Clubhouse on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This event will be moderated by the Ashtabula County League of Women Voters. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions in writing prior to the start of the debate.
