As set forth in the Rome Rock Association Declarations and By-Laws, the RRA Board of Directors has the responsibility to provide Members with safeguards and protections intended to enhance property values and promote the welfare of the community. To that end, the Building and Maintenance Committee was formed in early 2024.
Please note that many of these rules and standards currently exist as Village ordinances or elsewhere within existing RRA Rules and Regulations. Maintenance Standards are an attempt to clarify requirements and to strengthen enforcement jurisdiction within the RRA.

Residents and property owners must comply with all local, state and federal laws in addition to the rules and regulations of the RomeRock Association (RRA). Property owners must prevent conditions which may create unsafe conditions, attract pests or vermin, or otherwise create neighborhood blight or property value decline.
PROPERTY OWNER(S) MAY APPEAL CITATIONS OR REQUEST EXCEPTIONS TO ANY MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT OR CITATION BY SUBMITTING THE PROPER PAPERWORK TO THE RRA OFFICE.
If you observe conditions of concern that are not on your own property, you may report these to the RRA office by completing a form online.
