The RRA Clubhouse, located at Beach 1 (13 Roaming Rock Boulevard) is used as a meeting place for many of the Clubs and Groups in Roaming Shores. One of the many benefits to being a member of the RRA is the ability to rent the Clubhouse for meetings, parties, and events. The Clubhouse is very spacious at 3,500 sq. ft. which includes a large meeting area, a fireplace, and a kitchen. Its location offers some of the best views of Lake Roaming Rock! Guests of the member who rents the Clubhouse are permitted to use the facilities located on Beach 1, this includes swimming at the beach and/or the swimming pool (weather permitting). The Clubhouse capacity is approximately 180 sitting and 300 standing.
Clubhouse Forms
Rental is $225 plus a $100 security deposit.
You may begin setting up for your party at 9am the day of your party (in some cases, you may be permitted to set up the day before if the Clubhouse has not been rented or is in use). Music must be off by midnight and the Clubhouse must be cleared by 1:00am.

This event will be held 2 days, Friday, June 14th and Saturday, June 15th from 9am-4pm. Sign up here. We will add your address to a list with a street map so that visitors will know where to find you. Signs will also be available at the RRA Office that may be posted to your mailbox or at the end of your street. If you do not want people parking in front of your property, please post No Parking Signs. Note: If you are having a garage sale, you are not required to sign-up. If you don’t sell all that you were hoping to during the Garage Sale. Goodwill of Northeast Ohio and Northwestern Pennsylvania will have trailers available after the sale to collect donations. The Roaming Shores Police Department will host their 6th Annual Cardboard Boat Race at Beach 1. “THE CHALLENGE”: to design and build a person-powered corrugated cardboard boat capable of racing a 200-yard course, in Lake Roaming Rock. Boats may be powered by canoe paddles, oars, kayak paddles, approved mechanical paddlewheels, sails and raw muscle power. Jason P. Scribben was a senior at Grand Valley High School and died in a boating accident on Lake Roaming Rock on July 4th, 1998. The volleyball court at beach #1 was dedicated to him. Since 1999, the family has held a 3 on 3 Volleyball Tournament in his honor. This year the annual Jason P. Scribben Memorial 3 on 3 Volleyball Tournament will be on July 6th at the Roaming Shores Beach #1 Volleyball Court. The tournament will start at 1pm and registration will begin at 12:00pm. Covered Bridge Rental Pavilion
The large picnic pavilion, located across the covered bridge near Beach 1, is also available to rent. It is the only picnic pavilion that may be reserved in advance. Rental is $50. Please call the office at (440) 563-3170 for availability.
Party Forms
If you will be bringing more than nine guests to either the beaches or the pools, you will need to fill out and return a party form to the RRA Office. Please return your form 10 days prior to your party if you will be using the pools. Pavilions are first come, first served. Only the pavilion located across the covered bridge at Beach 1 may be rented.
