Notice of Electronic Fee Changes

Note: This is related to the RRA’s payment portal and does not effect the payment structure of your Roaming Shores Utilities for water/sewer.

We have been informed by our payment processor that they will be adjusting their fee structure beginning April 1, 2025. This new fee structure affects all customers of Enumerate (our HOA software vendor), not just the RRA.

Due to this new fee structure, all ACH payments, including those accounts set up for AutoPay, will be charged $2.95 per transaction. Additionally, credit card charges of 3% per transaction will be adjusted to 3.5% per transaction. We will, however, be able to accept AMEX. Debit fees remain at $5.95. These fees are charged and collected by our electronic payment processor. The RRA does not receive these charges.

For members currently enrolled in autopay ACH: Our charges for Dues and Assessments are yearly and this will not affect your account until next year. If you wish to unenroll your account(s) from autopay, you may do so. AutoPay is simply a convenient option to have your Dues and Assessments directly debited at the beginning of the year.

As always, should you wish to avoid any transaction fees, you are welcome to pay by check, bank bill pay, or cash in the office.
