Coming Soon: Online Member Portal

If you attended the RRA Annual Meeting back in April, you may remember hearing that the RRA Office was in the process of upgrading its membership software. Since last year, the office has been diligently working through this upgrade and is getting ready for the next phase, an Online Member Portal!

What does this mean?

The Online Member Portal will allow you to view, manage and make Dues and Assessments payments. You will be able to setup recurring or one-time payments through our online portal and save your payment methods to use again in the future.

Additionally, you can check your RRA account transactions, update your resident profile with current information, access the latest documents, utilize contact forms, view announcements and alerts for the community, and much more…

What’s changed?

While our new software is from the same vendor we have been using for many years, this upgrade will allow us to perform more member and administrative tasks all in one system. Additionally, while moving member and property information, we took the time to combine properties for members who own more than one lot. Consolidated properties will now be combined on billing statements. Extra lots will be grouped with the member, but must still be billed separately.

Was this upgrade necessary?

Yes. Our old software was going to be discontinued at the end of this year.

What do I have to do?

Watch your email for an invitation in the coming days. If you have an email address on file with the RRA, you can use this to start the process to get access. While the eblast is a separate database, we have used it to try to keep email addresses up to date.

What should I do once I’m in?

As most accounts are paid in full until next year, you can use this opportunity to view your account history, ensure your contact information and mailing address is correct, and view upcoming events and announcements. Check out “My Profile” and change your mailing preferences if you would prefer you receive your billing statement via email.

If you own multiple properties, ensure each one is showing when you login. Email us if there is an issue. If all looks well, you are good to go!

If you purchased property during the county forfeiture sale or have a balance on your account, you can pay your balance using Portal. There is a 3% charge for credit cards, an $5.95 for debit, or $2.95 for ACH (no fee if you setup autopay).

Is this the same thing as the Village’s new billing system?

No, this is a completely different program. The RRA does not bill you for water and sewer.

Can I sign up before the invitation emails go out?

Sure! Go to https://portal.goenumerate.com/register. Make sure to search “romerock” as one word when typing RomeRock Association.
