A Leap Day Plunge!

Last Saturday, the Roaming Shores Polar Bear Club held its 15th Annual Polar Bear Plunge. Plungers from Grand Valley, Pymatuning, and Jefferson schools along with several other crazy area participants took the icy plunge into Lake Roaming Rock to raise money for several local charities. Grand Valley Schools were the winners this year!

Thanks to everyone from the Polar Bear Club for all of their hard work to make this happen and to our participants, sponsors, and volunteers who made it a success!

I would also like to thank (I think ) Leeann, Pat, Al, Laurie and Mindy for sponsoring me for the plunge! I think I’m finally thawed out lol!
