I understand that the harvester is not designed for operation close to docks, seawalls, lifts, boats, or other structures.

I understand that approval of a request is subject to equipment capabilities, weather conditions, environmental regulations, staffing, and maintenance priorities.

I understand that property owners seeking vegetation treatment immediately adjacent to their docks may contract directly with a registered aquatic vegetation contractor at the property owner's expense.
