Future Clubhouse Rentals on Hold
The Clubhouse is undergoing renovations from Fall 2025 until Spring 2026. Because of this, all future rentals are on hold until a firm completion date is set.
Club events will be moved to another venue, as needed.

Under Construction

The RRA Clubhouse, located at Beach 1 (13 Roaming Rock Boulevard), serves as a gathering place for many of the clubs and groups within Roaming Shores. One of the many benefits of RRA membership is the ability to rent the Clubhouse for meetings, parties, and special events.

The Clubhouse is a spacious at 3,500 square feet, featuring a large meeting area, a fireplace, and a kitchen. Its prime location offers some of the best views of Lake Roaming Rock. Guests of the member renting the Clubhouse are permitted to use the facilities at Beach 1, including the beach and swimming pool (weather permitting).

The Clubhouse has a capacity of approximately 180 seated guests or 300 standing guests.

Please call the office (440) 563-3170 to confirm availability. Clubhouse is rented on a first-come, first-served basis. $100 security deposit required to hold a date.
NO RESERVATIONS ARE BEING TAKEN DURING CONSTRUCTION.

9:00 am: Safe Boating Course

Are you a boater? Were you born on or after January 1, 1982? If so, did you know that Ohio law requires you to earn a boating safety certificate to operate any boat or personal watercraft over 10 horsepower?

Each year, Lake Patrol encounters inexperienced boaters who have not met this requirement, putting themselves and others at risk.

To help ensure all boaters on Lake Roaming Rock are properly certified, we will once again offer a Safe Boating Course:

Location: Village Hall (2500 Hayford Rd)
Date: Saturday, April 18
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The course is eight hours, including the test, and provides valuable information for anyone who owns a watercraft or simply enjoys being on the water. This year’s course will be led by the ODNR Division of Parks & Watercraft.

Registration Details

  • Limited to 25 participants

  • Ages 12 and older

  • Cost: $10 per person (no refunds)

  • Lunch included

After March 1, any remaining spots will open to the general public, so please reserve your seat early!

Join the RomeRock Association for its Annual Meeting. The results of the election will be announced, the Treasurer’s report for fiscal year 2025 will be presented, the Directors will report on activities of the past year and discuss plans for the current year. Refreshments will be served before the meeting. Please make an effort to attend as the growth and success of our association depends on the active participation of its members! Dues & Assessments Due

Today is the deadline for Dues and Assessments. A late charge will be applied following the due date.

Current Boat Decals and Lot # are required on ALL motorized Watercraft that are in the water or docked.

There are several different payment options available.

In Person: Checks, credit cards/debit cards and cash are accepted at our office location (1875 US Highway 6). There is a 3.5% fee for credit cards or $5.95 for debit. Our office hours through Mid-April are M-F 9am to 5pm. You may also use our dropbox located on the front porch. The box is under video surveillance and emptied daily.

Mail: You can send your payment via US Mail to P.O. Box 8, Rome, OH 44085.

Bank Bill Pay: Many banks offer their customer’s bill pay through their website. You can set the RomeRock Association as a payee. If you use this option to pay your Dues and Assessments, please make sure to set your Account Number as your Lot number(s). Your lot number is your property address.

Online – Member Portal: The Online Member Portal allows you to view, manage and make Dues and Assessments payments. You will be able to set up recurring or one-time payments through our online portal and save your payment methods to use again in the future.

In order to access your Portal, we must have a good email address for you on file. Follow the instructions to complete your registration. **Note: There is a fee assessed for paying online per unconsolidated lot. 3.5% is charged for using a credit card, $5.95 for debit card, and $2.95 ACH payments. AutoPay can take up to a week to clear your account. Please do not double pay.

Covered Bridge Rental Pavilion


The picnic pavilion, located across the covered bridge near Beach 1, is available to rent. It is the only picnic pavilion that may be reserved in advance. Rental is $50. Please call the office at (440) 563-3170 for availability.

Party Forms

If you will be bringing more than nine guests to any common area, you will need to complete and return a party form to the RRA Office. Please return your form 10 days prior to your party if you will be using the pools. Pavilions are first come, first served. Only the pavilion located across the covered bridge at Beach 1 may be rented.
