Nominations for this year’s Board of Directors election have been received. The deadline for nominations was Feb 24th.
Scott Soble and Mark Dougherty submitted their nominations and are both incumbents. As there are only two individuals running for two open seats on the Board, there will be no ballots distributed this year.
The notice of the Annual Meeting will be distributed by March 25th.
As the Clubhouse is undergoing renovations, the Annual Meeting will be held at the Village Hall beginning at 10am.

Hobbies: Furniture refurbishing and repair, home maintenance and remodeling, bicycling, weekend drives exploring the area to name a few.

Reasons For Desiring To Be On The Board Of Directors: I would like to continue serving on the board to finish current projects and objectives. I also believe our work as a board is not done with many more initiatives to accomplish for the residents.
Hobbies: Grandpa and enjoying my life.
Involvement In Committees And Clubs: As a 7 year board member, Treasurer and 2 year president, I have sat on and been involved with virtually every committee in Roaming Shores. I was also responsible for building the Kathy Crandall Pavilion and initiating the summer concert series. I am now leading the new clubhouse rehab and construction.
