The backbone of the Association is its maintenance department. Our team handles road maintenance and plowing, amenity upkeep, dredging and more.
The RomeRock Association implemented a dredging operation in 2014. All dredging of Lake Roaming Rock is preformed by our crew.
Only the RomeRock Association is authorized to approve installation of culverts for driveways and/or roadsides on Association-owned roads. You must complete an application with the Association.
Our weed harvester is used to cut weeds in the lake to keep channels open. If weeds are becoming a problem in your channel or cove, please call the Association Office at 440-563-3170 and we will add your lot to our list. Please ensure that your lot number is visible from your dock, this is a big help for our maintenance department. The weed harvester is not designed to operate in small areas. Its primary purpose is to keep an open channel.

The Maintenance Department needs seasonal, part-time laborers from mid-April to early November. Duties include running commercial mowers, weed whip, paint, rake leaves, help with seawalls and buoys, removal of weeds and trees from the lake, help open the pools, clean, remove trash, address restrooms, remove trees, help with culverts and ditching, spread stone, patch, roads, trim branches, fix street signs, pick up trash, and move picnic tables, as needed.
