The RRA is now utilizing Enumerate Engage for its Membership Portal (separate from your membership card portal). The new Engage Membership Portal will be used for RRA Dues and Assessment payments (not utility bills), members-only documents and communications, the Member Directory, and more!

Registering for an Engage Account

Welcome emails with instructions for signing into your Engage account will be sent to the email address listed as the primary on your membership.

You may also register directly by visiting our Engage page and selecting “Need to Register?”.

Your account number is your primary lot/property number.

What should I do once I’m in?

If your Dues and Assessments are already paid in full, you can still access Engage to view your account history, ensure your contact information and mailing address is correct, view news and announcements, and opt-in to the Resident Directory.
If you own multiple properties, ensure each one is showing when you login. Email us if there is an issue. If all looks well, you are good to go! When it’s time to pay Dues and Assessments, you will need to ensure you pay each lot you own.

Adding Household Members

Once registered, you can add your spouse and/or other household members you want to have Engage access (e.g., to make payments) under:
My Account > Settings > Household Accounts

Adding Payment Methods and AutoPay

Engage can be used to pay any bills owed to the RomeRock Association. It’s primarily used for your Dues and Assessments payments. To add a payment method select Make a Payment.

Notes on AutoPay:

  • AutoPay for Dues and Assessments triggers when charges are added, not when they are due.
  • (For example, Dues and Assessments will be deducted at the beginning of the year, not on May 1st.)
  • It may take up to a week for your AutoPayment to be applied. Please do not double-pay.
  • If you own multiple unconsolidated lots, be sure to set up AutoPay for each account.
  • (If you do not see all of your lots listed, please contact the office.)
  • Early Bird eligibility still applies.

Are there fees for paying online?

  • 3.5% charge for credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX accepted)
  • $5.95 for debit
  • $2.95 for ACH

These convenience fees are not set or collected by the Association. They are standard charges from our third-party payment processor and go directly toward the systems that keep your online transactions safe — including bank-level encryption, fraud monitoring, and secure data handling. These protections have become more advanced (and more costly) in recent years, ensuring that payments can be made quickly, safely, and with confidence.

Accessing Resources

Members-only documents are available under Resources in Engage.

The Community/Resident Directory

The Resident Directory allows you to view neighbor contact information. By default, members must opt in to be included.
Access your profile to adjust your directory visibility.

Setting Notification Preferences

You can set preferences notifications for Association News and other Postings under Settings > Notification Preferences. You may choose to receive emails Immediately, Daily, Weekly or not at all; SMS text notifications; and Push Notifications (if using the app).

Note: Engage postings are separate from the weekly eblast newsletter. Engage posts are for single, members only, news posts.

Suggested Next Step After Installing Your App
Once you have installed and logged into the app, please visit your Notification Preferences to verify or adjust your preferred notification settings. Also, please note that you must have your mobile phone number entered into your Contact Info in order to receive text / SMS messages.
