Member Portal Upgrade

Just a heads up!
The RRA’s upgraded Membership Portal (not the membership card portal) is now live! The new portal is called Enumerate Engage.

Welcome emails with instructions for signing into your Engage account will be sent to the email address listed as the “primary” on your membership. No email? Check your junk folder.

You can also register directly by going to https://engage.goenumerate.com/s/RomeRock/ and selecting Need to Register? Your account number is your primary lot #/property number.

The new Engage Membership Portal will be used for:

• RRA dues and assessment payments (not utility bills)
• Members-only documents and communications
• And more features to come!

To answer some basic questions:

• Engage, our new portal, comes at no additional cost to the RRA or its members.
• Why the upgrade? The previous vendor’s portal is being discontinued.
• If you had payment information stored in the old portal, it will transfer to the new one.
• You’ll need to create a new password, as passwords cannot be copied from one system to another.
• You will be able to add household members to your account for access and payments (My Account > Settings > Household Accounts).
• Engage is not tied to your membership card account nor your utility account.
