What is the New Member Impact Fee?

The New Member Impact Fee is a fee assessed on each transfer of a lot or any interest in a lot in the amount of $1,500.00 for each new member acquiring a lot or an interest in a lot. This fee is essentially a buy-in which is your contribution to our current infrastructure. This fee helps keep our Dues and Assessment rates lower.
