Fog Seal Application

9/14/22 Notice: On Thursday, September 15th starting at approx. 8:30am until completed our road contractor Ronyak Paving will be applying a fog seal treatment to the following roads: Lake Crest, Eagle Point, Owl Point, Peacock Ln, Dam Vue, and Tupelo. Please remove all vehicles and obstructions from the roadway.

Fog sealing is being performed in order to address some of the dust and tar problems that came about last year. It locks in the stone and extends the life of chip and seal.

Following application until the material dries (approx. 2 hours), all vehicles, bicyclists, pedestrians, and pets should keep off the road surface. While we understand that this will create an inconvenience, it is necessary. Please be patient.

9/13/22 Update: Due to the rain the Fog Seal Application is once again delayed. Weather permitting this will be rescheduled this week and a notice will be sent out.

9/9/22 Update: Due to a shipping delay with the emulsion needed for the project, the fog seal application has been delayed. Weather permitting it will be applied this Tuesday, September 13th starting at 8:30am until completed.
