Listing Guidelines for Members

Listings are free to all members in good standing. However, members listing their home for sale will be charged $10 per month, to be paid in advance prior to posting. Please email us for details.

All submitted ads are subject to moderation prior to posting on our Website.  Please allow 2 business days. Limit of 5 ads at one time per member, per household. Member Ads are hosted for 60 days depending on the number of listings. This is a service offered to our members for convenience and does not constitute an endorsement of any listings. When your item sells or if there are any questions or corrections, please contact the Webmaster.

The Association reserves the right to refuse, limit or remove any advertisement.
