Members’ second lots, once consolidated to their first lot, are only charged $60 for the yearly dues.

All brand new RRA Members pay a one-time-only New Member Impact Fee of $1,500.

Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Sales

Current RRA Property Owners: If you win a bid on a Roaming Shores property during Sheriff sales, you will be charged for this lot as an extra lot. You will owe remaining Dues and Assessments from the time of closing to April 30th.

Non current RRA Property Owners: As with all property within the Roaming Rock Shores Subdivision, you will be charged a one-time New Member Impact Fee of $1,500 to be assessed as soon as you take possession of the property. Dues and Assessments for this property will be charged at the same rate as all single-lot/no home property.
