Weather permitting Open Play is held for social players on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM and Fridays at 11:00 AM; Saturdays from 9:00 to 11:00 AM is for all players; and skilled players meet on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM – play begins earlier when it gets dark before 8:00 PM.

In addition to Open Play, the club holds an annual meeting, tournaments, league play and social events.
Pickleball players in The Shores may join the group on the TeamReach app using the code “RSPBClub.” This is an excellent tool to follow events and communicate with players in the RRA.

Pickleball Returns with the Warm Weather

As the temperatures climb, our thoughts turn to outdoor activities including pickleball! RRA members are invited to kick off the season (weather permitting) on Saturday, April 27, 2024. Open Play will begin at 10:00 AM and be followed by a Roaming Shores Pickleball Club meeting at 12:00 at the courts. All Shores players are welcome as are beginners interesting in learning about pickleball. Topics to be discussed include 2024 open play times, tournaments, lessons and drills, equipment, events, and more. In case of bad weather that day, only the meeting will be held in the pavilion between the clubhouse and the pool. Please note the pickleball meeting will end in time for members to attend the RRA Annual Meeting inside the clubhouse.
