The maintenance department will be performing culvert work on Morning Star Drive just north of Morning Point (near lots 2294 & 2176) beginning on Wednesday, August 13th. Work is expected take until Thursday, August 14th. During this time, the road will be closed to thru traffic. Please use Flame Lake, North Plaza, and Deer Run for a detour.
The RRA Board of Directors will hold a quarterly meeting this Saturday, July 26th at 10am in the Clubhouse.

Due to the amount of rainfall we’ve received, the entire lake is currently NO WAKE. No wake indication strobe lights were turned on and are located on the Clubhouse, at Beach 2, Marina and other targeted areas. If the lights are flashing, the lake is NO WAKE.

We have investigated the sewer-like odor south of Spanish Cove and found that it seems to originate south of the Route 6 bridge on Dodge Road adjacent to Rock Creek. We do not know the identity or source of this smell but would strongly suggest that you avoid contact with the lake, especially south of the No Wake Buoy, until we can identify the source.
