The Roaming Shores Yoga Club practices beginner’s Hatha YOGA. We will be able to accommodate up to 30 people. A waiting list will be established, if more than 30 people sign-up. WHAT IS HATHA YOGA: It is a wholistic mind-body-spirit approach to yoga combining breath practices, postures and meditation. WHO: This class is suited for beginner’s, although all levels are welcome. Each participant will work at their own level and pace. Adjustments can be made for any physical challenges. All participants will be asked to sign a required waiver at their first class. WHEN: Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm WHERE: We practice indoors at the Club House at Beach 1. WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a mat, yoga strap, beach towel/blanket and 2 yoga blocks if you have them. Note – the floor is hard, so you may find it useful to double mat.
