2026 Dues and Assessments Information

Annual Dues and Assessment billing is here, once again. Invoices will be distributed after the first of the year. There will be no increase in assessments this year, thanks to strong collections efforts and careful fiscal management, which brought in more revenue than last year’s cost-of-living increase.

Dues and assessments are payable by May 1, 2026. A late charge will be applied as follows: 2% for the first month of delinquency, an additional 5% for the second month, and a final additional 5% (totaling 12%) for three months of delinquency. Beyond three months, delinquent accounts are entered into the collections process. To avoid unnecessary charges, please pay your balance on or before May 1, 2026. You are welcome to make installment payments as soon as charges are applied.

To Members who own properties that are consolidated, your billing statement will include your consolidated lots on a single statement. Extra lots will be included on separate statements.

If you are in the process of selling your home and/or lots, you must pay your billed amount before the due date.  Your title agency can prorate the dues and assessments you have paid based on your closing date.

Watercraft

All powered watercraft on Lake Roaming Rock must have 2026 Membership ID decals affixed by May 1, 2026.
Watercraft without current/proper decals are subject to a citation. 2026 decals will be available later this month, please contact the RRA Office to confirm availability.

Decal Fees: Motorboats / Pontoons (10 HP or greater): $125 each, Personal Watercraft (Jet Skis, Sea-Doos, etc.): $150 each. After four (4) powered watercraft, additional powered watercraft incur an extra $100 each. Watercraft 9.9 HP or under: No charge but still must acquire decals with the RRA. Non-powered watercraft and those with only electric trolling motors are not required to purchase decals but must display a valid state tag, registration number, and lot number. Membership ID decals are available to Active Members only!

There is a length limit of 21ft for all powered watercraft and 28ft for all pontoon boats.

When applying for a decal, you must present a valid, current state registration to the RRA Office. If you are applying for lake access for a watercraft for the first time, you must also present the original or a certified copy of the title, in addition to the state registration. Due to postal complications, decals are no longer available for purchase online.

All watercraft on Lake Roaming Rock must be solely owned by an Active Member. No additional owners are permitted on a title or registration unless both are Active Members.

Owners will be required to sign a statement confirming adequate liability insurance coverage. Property owners are responsible for the actions of family members and guests while operating watercraft. Please ensure that everyone operating your watercraft is familiar with all State and RRA Rules.

If you sell your watercraft to another property owner, remove your lot numbers before the buyer takes possession to avoid potential citations for future violations.
