2025 Reorganizational Meeting

Dear Members,

The following key decisions were made at the Board of Directors Reorganizational Meeting on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, following the Annual Meeting of the Members.

  • Officers of the Board of Directors are as follows: Bob McClintock is your President, Mark Dougherty is your Vice President, Marie Kaufman is your Secretary, and Jeff Grosse is your Treasurer. Nadine Pope, Scott Soble, and Gerry Dixon are members and will serve on various committees alongside the officers.
  • The Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors will be held Quarterly the last Saturday of the month at 10:00AM at the Clubhouse same as last season (July, October, January, April [Annual Meeting]). See our website for specific dates https://roamingshores.org/ .
  • The board of directors meet monthly and will hold Special Meetings when necessary to collect a majority vote. All meeting minutes will be posted on the website for the members to view once they are approved.
