As set forth in the Rome Rock Association Declarations and By-Laws, the RRA Board of Directors has the responsibility to provide Members with safeguards and protections intended to enhance property values and promote the welfare of the community. To that end, the Building and Maintenance Committee was formed in early 2024. Working in conjunction with the BMC, the RRA Board has finalized the following Maintenance Standards.
Members are encouraged to review the new guidelines. Comments may be sent to the RRA Office. Please note that many of these rules and standards currently exist as Village ordinances or elsewhere within existing RRA Rules and Regulations. The proposed Maintenance Standards are an attempt to clarify requirements and to strengthen enforcement jurisdiction within the RRA.
The Board will wait to vote on the revised Maintenance Standards once the new Board is seated later this month.
