Jan 17th County Vacant Land Sale

The Ashtabula County Auditor’s office will be conducting a vacant lot sale on delinquent properties in the county on January 17th at 9am. Two Roaming Shores parcels will be available during this sale (670 Wren Circle & 956 Sunset Circle). As this is a Ashtabula Vacant Lot Sale, all backed Dues and Assessments prior to this sale are no longer valid, however, backed taxes and water/sewer are still valid.
