{"id":7326,"date":"2018-03-12T11:12:48","date_gmt":"2018-03-12T15:12:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.roamingshores.org\/RRA1\/?p=7326"},"modified":"2018-03-12T11:12:48","modified_gmt":"2018-03-12T15:12:48","slug":"notice-from-the-rspd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.roamingshores.org\/RRA1\/2018\/03\/12\/notice-from-the-rspd\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice from the RSPD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 02-24-2018 at approximately 14:12 the Roaming Shores Police Department was dispatched to the area of Lark Court for a suspicious activity complaint in refere<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">nce to a male subject who had allegedly swam out into the Lake Roaming Rock and then disappeared. Arriving on scene and speaking with two independent witness officers were now able to confirm that a white male subject possibly in his mid 20\u2019s had swum out into the lake and then disappeared several yards south of the dam. Upon the arrival of several different county fire agencies an exhaustive search of the area was conducted, revealing nothing.<br \/>\nAgencies who responded to the scene included:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<ul>\n<li>Morgan Fire Department<\/li>\n<li>South Central Ambulance<\/li>\n<li>Ashtabula County Water Rescue Team<\/li>\n<li>Geneva Fire Department<\/li>\n<li>Monroe Fire Department<\/li>\n<li>North West Ambulance<\/li>\n<li>Rome Fire Department<\/li>\n<li>Saybrook Fire Department<\/li>\n<li>Sheffield Fire Department<\/li>\n<li>Wayne Fire Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On 03-10-2018 at approximately 17:00 a body was recovered from the dam area of Lake Roaming Rock by the Ashtabula County Water Rescue Team.
