The RRA Board of Directors will meet this Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 7:30 pm in the Village Hall. Included on the agenda for this meeting will be proposed amendments to the By-Laws of RRA. The proposed amendments include:<\/p>\n

  1. An amendment to Article XIV of the By-Laws. Article XIV sets forth the manner in which the By-Laws may be amended. It is proposed that Article XIV of the By-Laws be amended to read as follows: Proposed Amendment to Article XIV<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. It is proposed that the following Section 5 of Article I be added to the By-Laws. An amendment adding a new Section 5 to Article I of the By-Laws that would prohibit certain registered sex offenders from being Active Members of the Association and from residing in the Roaming Rock Shores Subdivision.   3. An amendment to Section 1 of Article V that would allow the Board of Directors to dispense with the ballot process in uncontested elections of the Directors. It is proposed that Section 1 of Article V of the By-Laws be amended to read as follows: Proposed Amendment to Section 1 of Article V<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. An amendment replacing the term “husband and wife” with the term “spouses” where appropriate, including specifically in Section 4 of Article I and in Sections 2, 5, 6 and 7 of Article II. Proposed Amendment<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
