The STARS Club is interested in bringing back the Rib Cook-Off this year (tentatively August 29) with a new format that we hope will be even more enjoyable for both competitors and attendees. The goal is to reduce the number of slabs each team or cook needs to prepare while increasing the number of participating teams, giving attendees more variety and more cooks to sample.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before moving forward, we would like to gauge interest from potential cooking teams. If you would be interested in competing in this year’s Rib Cook-Off, please email Jen at IT@roamingshores.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
