We will be able to accommodate up to 20 people.&nbsp; A waiting list will be established, if more than 20 people sign-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>WHAT IS HATHA YOGA<\/u><\/em><\/strong>:&nbsp; It is a wholistic mind-body-spirit approach to yoga combining breath practices, postures and meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>WHO:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp; This class is suited for beginners, although all levels are welcome.&nbsp; Each participant will work at their own level and pace.&nbsp; Adjustments can be made for any physical challenges.&nbsp; All participants will be asked to sign a required waiver at their first class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>WHEN:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp; Classes will be held in 4 week sessions beginning 6.26.2023 on Mondays and Wednesdays, 3 pm \u2013 4 pm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Session 1 \u2013 6.26, 6.28, 7.5, 7.10, 7.12, 7.17, 7.19<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Session 2 \u2013 7.31, 8.2, 8.7, 8.9, 8.14, 8.16, 8.21<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on interest and availability of instructor, we may schedule another 4 week session in the Autumn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>WHERE:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp; We will be practice outdoors in the pavilion at Beach 1.&nbsp; If weather is inclement, our practice will be held in the Club House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>WHAT TO BRING:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> Please bring a mat, strap, beach towel and block if you have them.&nbsp; If you would like to practice from a chair, please bring a sturdy, folding chair without arms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>INSTRUCTOR:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> Michelle Vanderlip, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certified.
