Bower<br \/>\n<strong>We Need Your Attention about Kayaks and Paddle Boards.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Because we have a very busy boating week coming up, here are a couple of important issues with the above mentioned crafts that need clarification.<\/p>\n<p>There is a Federal law that states you must either wear a PFD or have a PFD attached to the paddle board. There is no state law YET, so we will adhere to this federal law and enforce it.<\/p>\n<p>Now about after sunset usage of kayaks\/canoes:<br \/>\nThe State law requires these crafts to display an \u201celectric torch\u201d after dark.
