\nDEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
\nNOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND AND HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON
\nSTATE OF OHIO WATERCRAFT RULES<\/p>\n
The Chief of the Division of Watercraft, pursuant to Section 1547.52 of the Ohio Revised
\nCode, hereby gives notice of his intention to amend the following rule:<\/p>\n
1501:47-7-19 Lake Roaming Rock, Ashtabula county<\/p>\n
Administrative Rule 1501:47-7-19 is being amended to designate an additional area
\nwhere watercraft may come ashore, anchor, or tie up along the shoreline of Lake
\nRoaming Rock.<\/p>\n
A public hearing on the proposed amendment and adoption of these rules will be held at
\n7:30 pm on Thursday, July 19th, 2012 at the Roaming Rock Clubhouse, located at 13
\nRoaming Rock Boulevard in Roaming Shores, Ohio. At the public hearing, any person
\naffected by the rule amendment or adoption may appear and be heard in person, or by an
\nattorney, or both, and may present testimony, orally or in writing, offer and examine
\nwitnesses, and present evidence tending to show that these rules, if amended or rescinded,
\nwill be unreasonable or unlawful.<\/p>\n
