The fishing club hosts several events throughout the year.  Competitive fishermen enjoy our Tournaments and Big Fish of the Month competitions.  Members children and grandchildren may participate in our \u201cKids Learn to Fish Day\u201d<\/strong> and our \u201cKids Fishing Day\u201d<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the Fishing Club participates in a fish stocking program for Lake Roaming Rock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yearly membership for the club is only $25 per family.  Contributions above $25 will be used to help fund \u201cKids Fishing Day\u201d<\/strong> and would be greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2026 Kids Fishing Seminar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Kid\u2019s Fishing Seminar will be held on Saturday, June 6th. Open to all RRA Member\u2019s children and grandchildren. Students will learn fishing basics, how to tie on a hook, casting, and other great fishing fundamentals. Students will also receive a free lunch and a free fishing pole. If you have any questions regarding the Kids Fishing Seminar or to sign up, contact Mike at 440-567-2076.<\/strong>This event will be held at the pavilion across from the covered bridge at Beach 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n\n\n\n

Kids Fishing Tournament<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On June 13th<\/sup><\/strong> in celebration of the 60th<\/sup> Anniversary, the Fishing Club will host a Kids Finishing Tournament<\/strong> at Beach 1 from 10am to 11am. The child who catches the biggest fish will be awarded $25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Kids Fishing Day<\/strong> will be held Saturday, June 20th<\/strong> from 10 to Noon and Beach 1. Fun, food, and prizes!
