We will be able to accommodate up to 30 people.&nbsp; A waiting list will be established, if more than 30 people sign-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><u>WHAT IS HATHA YOGA<\/u><\/em><\/strong>:&nbsp; It is a wholistic mind-body-spirit approach to yoga combining breath practices, postures and meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><u>WHO:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp; This class is suited for beginner\u2019s, although all levels are welcome.&nbsp; Each participant will work at their own level and pace.&nbsp; Adjustments can be made for any physical challenges.&nbsp; All participants will be asked to sign a required waiver at their first class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><u>WHEN:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30 pm \u2013 4:30 pm, on the following dates for<br>2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JUNE<br>6.1, 6.3, 6.8, 6.10, 6.15, 6.17, 6.22, 6.24, 6.29<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JULY<br>7.6, 7.8, 7.13, 7.15, 7.20, 7.22, 7.27, 7.29<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AUGUST<br>8.3, 8.5, 8.10, 8.12, 8.17, 8.19, 8.24, 8.26<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><u>WHERE:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp; We practice indoors at the Club House at Beach 1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><u>WHAT TO BRING:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> Please bring a mat, yoga strap, beach towel\/blanket and 2 yoga blocks if you have them.&nbsp; Note \u2013 the floor is hard, so you may find it useful to double mat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like to practice from a chair, there are plenty of folding chairs at the Club House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><u>INSTRUCTOR:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> Michelle Vanderlip, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certified. We will be able to accommodate up to 30 people.\u00a0 A waiting list will be established, if more than 30 people sign-up.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>WHAT IS HATHA YOGA<\/u><\/em><\/strong>:\u00a0 It is a wholistic mind-body-spirit approach to yoga combining breath practices, postures and meditation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>WHO:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 This class is suited for beginner\u2019s, although all levels are welcome.\u00a0 Each participant will work at their own level and pace.\u00a0 Adjustments can be made for any physical challenges.\u00a0 All participants will be asked to sign a required waiver at their first class.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>WHEN:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nClasses are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30 pm \u2013 4:30 pm<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>WHERE:<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 We practice indoors at the Club House at Beach 1.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>WHAT TO BRING:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> Please bring a mat, yoga strap, beach towel\/blanket and 2 yoga blocks if you have them.\u00a0 Note \u2013 the floor is hard, so you may find it useful to double mat.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to practice from a chair, there are plenty of folding chairs at the Club House.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>INSTRUCTOR:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> Michelle Vanderlip, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certified.
