limited to two (2) private parties per calendar year that have ten (10) or more Guests (excluding Clubhouse and rental pavilion).\n<\/p>\n<p>There shall be no private parties with more than twenty five (25) guests in attendance permitted at properties and facilities (excluding beach 2 and Dawn Park with prior approval) on RRA special use days and other celebrated holidays during the months of June, July, & August. RomeRock Association reserves the right to deny any party or rental request if fulfilling the request would interfere with member use, be advertised open to the public, or exceeds available resources, including parking, staffing, pool capacity, or building occupancy limits.\n<\/p>\n<p>1.\tProperty Owners must stay with their party at all times.<br \/>\n2.\tAll private party requests must be submitted at least 10 days in advance.<br \/>\n*Before Memorial Day\/ Post Labor Day- events may be approved less than 10 days in advance by the office.<br \/>\n3.\tPurpose limitations: a private party is for social, non-commercial, or personal recreation only.<br \/>\n4.\tThe following are prohibited but not limited to Fundraising, Sports banquets, ticket sales, public invitation, \u201cevents\u201d of any kind or business operations.<br \/>\n5.\tPrivate parties exceeding 75 attendees may require the reserving member to provide a Certificate of Insurance evidencing a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability coverage. RomeRock Association is to be named as an Additional Insured.\n<\/p>\n<p>WE THE UNDERSIGNED, A BONA FIDE PROPERTY OWNER OF THE ROMEROCK ASSOCIATION, DO HEREBY CERTIFY THAT WE WILL ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE ABOVE MENTIONED PARTY.
