  1. Combine all ingredients in a 1-qt baking dish.
  2. Bake 20 min or until heated through at 350.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or veggies or all 3.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the beef, drain fat.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine soup, onion, milk, salt & pepper.
  4. Alternately layer the potatoes, soup mixture & meat in an 11 x7 baking dish. (I double this recipe & put it in a 9 x 13 baking dish.)
  5. Bake covered in the oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Uncover. Top with cheddar cheese & continue baking until the cheese is melted.

  1. In a skillet, cook sausage and onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir in sausage mixture.
  3. Transfer to a greased 13x9 baking dish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 35-45 minutes.
  5. **This can easily be prepared and stored in the refrigerator the night before, though it may require several minutes additional baking time.

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Whisk together Flour, Powder, Soda, Salt, and Sugar. Make a well in the center.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the melted butter to the cold buttermilk (it will look chunky).
  4. Pour that in the well, and then sprinkle the cheese & garlic into the bowl.
  5. Mix with spoon or a rubber spatula until just moistened.
  6. Drop by quarter cups onto a greased pan (I personally bake in a greased, heated cast iron skillet as it makes a nice crisp crust on the bottom) and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Immediately brush with topping mixture.
