  1. Sift together flour, sugar and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients. Combine well but do not beat. Turn batter into a greased and floured 13" X 9" X 2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Topping
  1. Combine cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well. Frost cake while still warm.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together cake mix, eggs and pie filling. Put into a greased 9" X 13" pan. Sprinkle nuts, chocolate chips and brown sugar on top.
  3. Bake 30 - 35 minutes.
  4. You can split this recipe between two 8 X 8 pan.

  1. Mix the above ingredients by hand and divide in half. Put one half on the bottom of 9" X 13" pan and press to cover bottom. Spread jam or preserves on top, then put remaining half on top of jam. Press down to cover jam.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

  1. Blend together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir into egg mixture. Fold in apples, nuts and raisins. Bake in greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. 350 degrees - 1 hour. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
