  1. Brown sausage. Drain grease.
  2. Drain red peppers and crush in food processor.
  3. Add all ingredients to a small crock pot and heat until desired.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or bread squares.

  1. In a skillet, cook sausage and onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir in sausage mixture.
  3. Transfer to a greased 13x9 baking dish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 35-45 minutes.
  5. **This can easily be prepared and stored in the refrigerator the night before, though it may require several minutes additional baking time.
