- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- In a large bowl, lightly mix all ingredients except olive oil by hand.
- Form into two-inch balls.
- Place meatballs in a baking dish and brush olive oil over them.
- Bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
