  1. Mix all ingredients in a casserole wih a tight lid. Bake 3 hours at 300 degrees. No peeking! Serve with noodles, buttered and sprinkled with poppy seed if desired. Or could use cooked rice.

  1. Line 9 X 13 pan with heavy foil. Mix Cranberry sauce, soup mix and Catalina dressing. Dip each piece of chicken in cranberry mixture. Lay chicken flat in foil lined baking pan. Pour rest of sauce over top. Place in refrigerator for one hour or more. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Can be made ahead and frozen before baking. Thaw several hours in refrigerator before baking as above.

  1. Place cut carrots and cut potatoes in crock pot then put roast on top then add soup dry mix and wine or water . cook 4 to 6 hrs. on high
