Ingredients: 2 cups flour (sifted); 2 tsp. baking soda; 1 cup nuts (crushed); 1 20 oz. can pineapple (crushed); 2 cups sugar; 2 eggs (beaten); 1 cup coconut (flaked); 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened); 1/2 cup margarine; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

2 tsp. baking soda

2 cups sugar

1 cup coconut flaked
Topping
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Topping
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

Sift together flour, sugar and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients. Combine well but do not beat. Turn batter into a greased and floured 13" X 9" X 2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Topping

Combine cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well. Frost cake while still warm.
