  1. In a skillet, brown sausage, breaking into small pieces, remove and drain. Set aside. In same skillet, fry bacon till crisp, remove and drain. Set aside.
  2. Place water, broth, potatoes, onion, garlic, bacon and sausage into a crock pot. Cook on low 4 - 6 hours.
  3. Add greens and whipping (heavy) cream, stir to combine. Cover and continue to cook on low an additional 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  1. Melt 1/2 of butter with olive oil in large sauté pan. Add mushrooms and green onions and sauté until tender. Add wine and white pepper, simmering until liquid is reduced. While mixture cooks, dredge chicken in eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
  2. Spray 9" X 13" baking pan with no-stick baking spray. Spoon the mushroom, onion mixture in bottom of pan in six piles. Place one chicken breast on top of each pile. Place remaining butter on top of chicken breasts. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake10 minutes longer or until chicken is browned.

  1. In ovenproof non-stick skillet, cook bacon for 5 minutes, transfer to paper towel. Reduce heat to medium low and add potatoes, onion and rosemary, cover and cook 10 minutes. Whisk 6 eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour over potatoes and stir in bacon. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered - 10 minutes - until set. Slice and serve.

  1. Cut potatoes lengthwise into slices. Place on 18 X 12 in. double layer of foil. Sprinkle with salt. Add peppers and tomatoes. Lay chicken on top of veggies and brush with oil. Mix ketchup, oregano and butter. Pour over chicken. Wrap foil securely around chicken and veggies. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees, or grill 5 inches from coals for 25 - 30 minutes each side.

  1. Brown beef in 3 Tbs. butter, add onions and sauté until golden. Mix meat and onions with ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Add as little beef stock and cook covered over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Beat egg yolks until light, whites until stiff. Beat yolks, cream remaining, 1/2 cup butter and garlic powder into mashed potatoes. Gently fold in beaten egg whites. Put meat mixture into casserole and top with potatoes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees until puffed and browned.

  1. In large heavy pan, lightly brown beef and onions in oil. Add tomatoes (with juice), tomato paste, water, parsley, salt, garlic powder, pepper and oregano. Simmer uncovered about 30 minutes. Mean while cook lasagna noodles as directed. In 9 1/2" X 13" baking pan spread about 1 cup of sauce, then alternate layers of noodles, sauce, cottage or ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, hard-boiled eggs and zucchini ending with sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbling.

  1. Saute onion and combine with sour cream. Grease 9 X 13 baking pan. Put half of bread in pan. Layer remaining ingredients over cubed bread, except the butter. Top with remaing bread. Drizzle butter over all. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

  1. Line 9 X 13 pan with heavy foil. Mix Cranberry sauce, soup mix and Catalina dressing. Dip each piece of chicken in cranberry mixture. Lay chicken flat in foil lined baking pan. Pour rest of sauce over top. Place in refrigerator for one hour or more. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Can be made ahead and frozen before baking. Thaw several hours in refrigerator before baking as above.

  1. Saute' minced onions and garlic in 1 Tbs. of butter until translucent; set aside to cool.
  2. Mix beef with cooled onion mixture, eggs bread crumbs and parsley.
  3. Form into 4 oz. patties and saute' in 2 Tbs. of butter until golden brown on both sides; set aside.
  4. Saute' sliced onions in the same pan until browned; set aside.
  5. In saucepan melt 2 Tbs. of butter; add flour and cook over low heat for 1 minute until wet sand consistency.
  6. Begin to add stock 1/3 at a time whisking and bringing to simmer each time making sure there are no lumps. Add mushrooms and simmer for 1/2 hour.
  7. Place patties in a roasting pan and pour gravy over patties and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
  8. Garnish with grilled onions and serve.

  1. Saute' ground meat with onion. When cooked through, mix in spaghetti sauce and seasoning.
  2. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream; mix well.
  3. Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions.
  4. Spray a 3 qt. dish with cooking spray. Layer half of the spaghetti noodles on the bottom.
  5. Spoon cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Layer remaining noodles on top of the cheese mixture.
  6. Spread meat mixture on top of noodles. Layer remaining noodles on top of second noodle layer.
  7. Mix Bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly and heated through
