  1. Mix pudding and yogurt together. Gradually add whipping cream. Mix until smooth.
  2. Chill before serving.

  1. Boil on high heat in medium to deep sauce pan to firm ball stage. (Use cold water to test firm ball stage.) Do not stir.
  2. Add unsalted peanuts and stir constantly till golden brown. Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda SEPERATELY. Stir fast and pour on a greased cookie sheet. Spread.
  3. Cool. Then crack.
  4. NOTE: Firm Ball Stage: Drop hot syrup into cold water and try to roll into a ball with fingers. Feels like a gum drop.

  1. Mix brownies as directed.
  2. Mix other ingredients in a separate bowl. Put into an 8 X 8" pan. Drop the cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls onto batter and swirl around with a knife.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.

  1. In medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Blend in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts and mix well.
  2. Spread in greased 8" or 9" square or round pan.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool and cut into squares.

  1. Cream sugar and butter; add eggs one at a time and beat well. Combine soda and sour cream, then alternately add with combined flour and salt to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.

  1. Sift together flour, sugar and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients. Combine well but do not beat. Turn batter into a greased and floured 13" X 9" X 2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Topping
  1. Combine cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well. Frost cake while still warm.

  1. Mix together condensed milk, half and half, eggs and vanilla in blender or with a mixer.
  2. Melt together butter and brown sugar. Pour into a 9 X 2 round pan or small jello mold. (Double the recipe for larger mold such as a Bundt pan.) Pour pudding mixture on top of sugar mixture. Place pan or mold in a larger pan of water and bake at 325 degrees for an hour and 15 minutes.
  3. Turn over on to serving plate when taken out of oven.
Recipe Notes

You can use whole milk or 2% milk if you want a lighter dessert.

Toffee – Topped Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9" X 13" pan. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the brown sugar and flour.
  3. Using a pastry cutter or two knives, cut in the butter until mixture resembles course crumbs. Remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside.
  4. To mixture in large bowl, add baking powder and salt. Using a fork, lightly beat in vanilla, milk and egg.
  5. Continue beating until a smooth batter forms. Pour batter into prepared baking pan.
  6. In a small bowl combine the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  7. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs mixture over top of batter in pan. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Transfer pan to a wire rack to cool bars in pan completely before cutting.

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and butter until crumbly. Pat crumb mixture into a greased 9" X 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy, pour mixture over hot crust.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
  4. Dust with confectioners sugar. Cut into squares.
