Annual Dues and Assessment billing is here, once again. Invoices will be distributed after the first of the year. There will be no increase in assessments this year, thanks to strong collections efforts and careful fiscal management, which brought in more revenue than last year’s cost-of-living increase.

Dues and assessments are payable by May 1, 2026. A late charge will be applied as follows: 2% for the first month of delinquency, an additional 5% for the second month, and a final additional 5% (totaling 12%) for three months of delinquency. Beyond three months, delinquent accounts are entered into the collections process. To avoid unnecessary charges, please pay your balance on or before May 1, 2026. You are welcome to make installment payments as soon as charges are applied.

To Members who own properties that are consolidated, your billing statement will include your consolidated lots on a single statement. Extra lots will be included on separate statements.

If you are in the process of selling your home and/or lots, you must pay your billed amount before the due date. Your title agency can prorate the dues and assessments you have paid based on your closing date.

Due to the amount of rainfall we’ve received, the entire lake is currently NO WAKE. No wake indication strobe lights were turned on and are located on the Clubhouse, at Beach 2, Marina and other targeted areas. If the lights are flashing, the lake is NO WAKE.

Creating a wake while the lake water is high risks damage to docks and boats. Be cautious! High lake waters bring more than just water. If you are out on the lake, remember to be extra cautious of debris that may be in the water and hidden due to the muddy conditions.

Check on your docked boats. If the lake water is high and there is not enough slack in your line, the line can snap and your boat can float away. However, make sure to not have too much slack to where your boat can end up on top of your dock. If you have canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, etc. on your dock, you may want to consider moving them further away from the shore. Ensure your lot number is on ALL watercraft should they float away.

If you are not a full time resident, consider calling your neighbors to check on your boats.

Once the water recede to normal levels, we will turn off the No Wake lights.
