Clubhouse

Now accepting rentals beginning the week of June 15.

The RRA Clubhouse, located at Beach 1, 13 Roaming Rock Boulevard, is a gathering place for RRA clubs, groups, meetings, parties, and special events.

One of the many benefits of RRA membership is the ability to rent the Clubhouse. The facility is 3,800 square feet and features a large meeting area, fireplace, kitchen, and beautiful views of Lake Roaming Rock.

Guests of the member renting the Clubhouse may use the Beach 1 facilities, including the beach and swimming pool, weather permitting and during regular operating hours.

Capacity: 299 guests

Rental Fees

  • Security Deposit: $200, due when the rental request is submitted
  • Sunday through Thursday: $300
  • Friday or Saturday: $500

Rental Policies:

  1. All rentals must be requested in person by the Active Member.
  2. A security deposit of $200 is required at the time this request for rental is submitted.
  3. It is the property owner’s responsibility to ensure that the rental fee of $300 for Sunday through Thursday or $500 for Friday or Saturday is paid no later than thirty (30) days prior to the rental date. Failure to do so will be considered a cancellation.
  4. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the rental date will not receive a refund of the rental fee or deposit.
  5. An access code will be issued by the office only after all requirements outlined above have been satisfied and will be activated on the day of the rental.
  6. Rentals may be booked up to one (1) year in advance. Rental fees are subject to change annually, and the member shall pay the fee established by the Board for the year in which the rental occurs.
  7. If the member becomes delinquent during the membership year in which the rental is scheduled even by one (1) day the rental will be canceled, and the security deposit forfeited.

Covered Bridge Rental Pavilion


The Covered Bridge Pavilion, located across the covered bridge near Beach 1, is available to rent. This is the only picnic pavilion that may be reserved in advance.

Rental Fee: $50

Party Request Forms

If you plan to bring more than nine guests to any RRA common area, you must complete and return a party request form to the RRA Office at least 10 days prior to your party.

Pavilions are first come, first served, except for the Covered Bridge Pavilion near Beach 1, which may be reserved in advance.

Each Active Member is limited to two events per calendar year with 10 or more guests, excluding Clubhouse and rental pavilion reservations.

Parties or events with more than 25 guests are not permitted at RRA properties and facilities on RRA Special Use Days or other celebrated holidays during June, July, and August, except at Beach 2 and Dawn Park with prior approval.

RomeRock Association reserves the right to decline any party or rental request if fulfilling the request would interfere with member use or exceeds available resources, including parking, staffing, pool capacity, or building occupancy limits.
