Watercraft Use on Lake Roaming Rock Waiver and Statement of Marine Craft Liability Coverage

I affirm that I will follow all State laws as well as the RRA Boating, Skiing, and Swimming Rules.

I will educate anyone I allow to operate my watercraft of these laws and rules. I understand that I am responsible for any infractions involving the use of my watercraft.

I affirm that I carry adequate insurance on watercraft I have registered with RomeRock Association, Inc.

I hereby assume all risk and responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury to property or person (including death) arising out of the operation of my watercraft on Lake Roaming Rock and I do hereby for myself, my heirs, legal representatives, waive and release, indemnify and hold harmless RomeRock Association, Inc., together with directors, officers, agents, and employees, from all such damage, loss or injury (including death) to person or property, including, without limitations, buoys, ultrasonic buoys, docks, seawalls, floating docks, barge boats, and lake patrol watercraft.
