  1. In ovenproof non-stick skillet, cook bacon for 5 minutes, transfer to paper towel. Reduce heat to medium low and add potatoes, onion and rosemary, cover and cook 10 minutes. Whisk 6 eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour over potatoes and stir in bacon. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered - 10 minutes - until set. Slice and serve.

  1. Blend together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir into egg mixture. Fold in apples, nuts and raisins. Bake in greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. 350 degrees - 1 hour. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.

  1. Brown beef in 3 Tbs. butter, add onions and sauté until golden. Mix meat and onions with ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Add as little beef stock and cook covered over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Beat egg yolks until light, whites until stiff. Beat yolks, cream remaining, 1/2 cup butter and garlic powder into mashed potatoes. Gently fold in beaten egg whites. Put meat mixture into casserole and top with potatoes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees until puffed and browned.

  1. Place brown sugar in sauce pan. Melt together. Cool a few minutes. Add eggs, flour, vanilla and nuts. Mix just until blended. Place in medium size baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until tan in color and toothpick comes out clean. Cut while warm.

  1. Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon until fluffy. Add eggs and mix well.
  2. Add vanilla and sour cream and mix well.
  3. Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients and mix until all combined.
  4. Add cinnamon chips and stir into batter. Set aside.
  5. Spoon batter into 4 mini loaf pans until about 2/3full.
  6. Mix 3 Tbs. sugar and 3 tsp. cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle over the batter in each loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.

  1. Saute' minced onions and garlic in 1 Tbs. of butter until translucent; set aside to cool.
  2. Mix beef with cooled onion mixture, eggs bread crumbs and parsley.
  3. Form into 4 oz. patties and saute' in 2 Tbs. of butter until golden brown on both sides; set aside.
  4. Saute' sliced onions in the same pan until browned; set aside.
  5. In saucepan melt 2 Tbs. of butter; add flour and cook over low heat for 1 minute until wet sand consistency.
  6. Begin to add stock 1/3 at a time whisking and bringing to simmer each time making sure there are no lumps. Add mushrooms and simmer for 1/2 hour.
  7. Place patties in a roasting pan and pour gravy over patties and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
  8. Garnish with grilled onions and serve.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease & flour 9 x 13 baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs & apple pie filling.
  4. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Combine the brown sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon & walnuts.
  6. Sprinkle over the top of the batter.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool.

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Cover a cookie sheet in foil and grease the foil.
  2. Mix together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, soda, cinnamon. then fold in flour.
  3. Spread onto cookie sheet & then bake for 10 min.
  4. Invert onto a damp towel and roll up to cool.
  5. Beat filling ingredients until fully mixed, unroll cake & spread filling onto it. then re-roll tightly.
  6. Refrigerate until firm and then slice to serve.

  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup,butter,water & cornstarch. bring to a full boil then remove from heat
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Gradually beat in cooked syrup mixture. stir in salt, vanilla & pecans. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until filling is set.
