  1. In medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Blend in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts and mix well.
  2. Spread in greased 8" or 9" square or round pan.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool and cut into squares.

  1. Cream sugar and butter; add eggs one at a time and beat well. Combine soda and sour cream, then alternately add with combined flour and salt to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.

  1. Sift together flour, sugar and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients. Combine well but do not beat. Turn batter into a greased and floured 13" X 9" X 2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Topping
  1. Combine cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well. Frost cake while still warm.

  1. Mix together condensed milk, half and half, eggs and vanilla in blender or with a mixer.
  2. Melt together butter and brown sugar. Pour into a 9 X 2 round pan or small jello mold. (Double the recipe for larger mold such as a Bundt pan.) Pour pudding mixture on top of sugar mixture. Place pan or mold in a larger pan of water and bake at 325 degrees for an hour and 15 minutes.
  3. Turn over on to serving plate when taken out of oven.
Recipe Notes

You can use whole milk or 2% milk if you want a lighter dessert.

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and butter until crumbly. Pat crumb mixture into a greased 9" X 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy, pour mixture over hot crust.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
  4. Dust with confectioners sugar. Cut into squares.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together cake mix, eggs and pie filling. Put into a greased 9" X 13" pan. Sprinkle nuts, chocolate chips and brown sugar on top.
  3. Bake 30 - 35 minutes.
  4. You can split this recipe between two 8 X 8 pan.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9" X 13" pan with nonstick spray. In large bowl using hand mixer, beat together the ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. In another large bowl, mix together your cake mix according to box directions. (The following directions are correct, the layers "switch" during baking time.) Pour cake batter into prepared pan. Spread to fill pan evenly. Once cake batter is in place, carefully pour the cheese mixture evenly over top of cake batter. Spread to cover cake batter as best you can. Bake the cake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, remove and cool completely. Stir pudding mix and milk, whisk till combined, fold in cool whip and spread over cooled cake. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours. It tastes even better the next day!!

  1. Melt 1/2 of butter with olive oil in large sauté pan. Add mushrooms and green onions and sauté until tender. Add wine and white pepper, simmering until liquid is reduced. While mixture cooks, dredge chicken in eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
  2. Spray 9" X 13" baking pan with no-stick baking spray. Spoon the mushroom, onion mixture in bottom of pan in six piles. Place one chicken breast on top of each pile. Place remaining butter on top of chicken breasts. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake10 minutes longer or until chicken is browned.

  1. Grease 9 X 13 pan. Preheat oven - 350 degrees.
  2. Combine Jello, eggs and cold water. Beat well. Add cake mix and beat smooth. Add oil and beat smooth. Bake in 9 X 13 pan for 35 minutes
  3. FOR GLAZE: Mix ingredients until smooth. While cake is hot, poke it with a fork (any pattern will do). Brush on glaze with a pastry brush.
