  1. Spread cream cheese onto bottom of 9" oven proof dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Top with pizza sauce. Top with remaining cheese.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning over cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  2. Can sprinkle with peppers if desired.

  1. Defrost frozen peas in strainer. When defrosted transfer to bowl. Add Peanuts.
  2. Mix together mayo, sour cream, marshmallow fluff and lemon juice until smooth. Add to peas and peanuts.
  3. Mix and refrigerate or serve.

  1. Mix together condensed milk, half and half, eggs and vanilla in blender or with a mixer.
  2. Melt together butter and brown sugar. Pour into a 9 X 2 round pan or small jello mold. (Double the recipe for larger mold such as a Bundt pan.) Pour pudding mixture on top of sugar mixture. Place pan or mold in a larger pan of water and bake at 325 degrees for an hour and 15 minutes.
  3. Turn over on to serving plate when taken out of oven.
Recipe Notes

You can use whole milk or 2% milk if you want a lighter dessert.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9" X 13" pan. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the brown sugar and flour.
  3. Using a pastry cutter or two knives, cut in the butter until mixture resembles course crumbs. Remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside.
  4. To mixture in large bowl, add baking powder and salt. Using a fork, lightly beat in vanilla, milk and egg.
  5. Continue beating until a smooth batter forms. Pour batter into prepared baking pan.
  6. In a small bowl combine the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  7. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs mixture over top of batter in pan. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Transfer pan to a wire rack to cool bars in pan completely before cutting.

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and butter until crumbly. Pat crumb mixture into a greased 9" X 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy, pour mixture over hot crust.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
  4. Dust with confectioners sugar. Cut into squares.

Baked Tomatoes, Squash & Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat oil and cook onion until tender and slightly golden, 6 - 8 minutes.
  2. Arrange the onion on the bottom of 9" X 13" baking dish. Overlap tomato, squash and potato on top of onion. Season with salt & pepper, sprinkle with thyme and parmesan. Drizzle with more oil.
  3. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake until golden, about 30 minutes more.

  1. Mix Ragu, boiled rigatoni, pepperoni pieces, browned ground meat and seasonings in greased casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes (until completely heated).
  3. Cover with mozzarella cheese for the last 10 minutes.

  1. Saute onions in oleo. Add to potatoes, sour cream, cheese soup, chicken soup, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Pout into a greased 9" X 13" glass dish.
Topping
  1. Saute chips in oleo. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
