Boat Raft-Up Party Planned for Friday August 13th

Posted on: July 23, 2010

The second Boat Raft-Up social event is planned by the Promotion Club for Friday August 13th from 6:30pm to dark on the open water area north of the RRA Clubhouse.

The party is opened to all Roaming Shores Members & Friends. The Raft-up is a social event on the water. Everyone is requested to bring a snack to pass and your own beverage. The Theme is "Music on the Water” & everyone is encouraged to bring an instrument to play or just their good musical Voice.

The purpose of the event is to bring neighbors together onto the water for enjoyment. We had seven boats participate last year. If you do not have a boat, you are still welcome. We will match you up with a boater.

We need to know how many are coming in order to plan the Raft-up, so please contact Tom O’Keefe at 563-4817 or tpokeefe01@msn.com to come. Hope for good weather & maybe a beautiful sunset.
