RRA members pay $624 yearly in Dues & Assessments for their first vacant lot. Existing RRA members then pay $259 yearly in D & A for each of their extra lots.

Members' second lots, once consolidated to their first lot, are only charged $60 for the yearly dues.

All brand new RRA Members pay a one-time-only New Member Impact Fee of $500.
